1: the vibration plate squat

Want to target your quadriceps (muscle group in the thighs), calves, hamstrings and glutes during an exercise on the fitness vibration plate? Then we recommend squatting on the plate. Stand on the fitness vibration plate, place your feet shoulder-width apart or wider and bend your knees until you are at an angle of about 90 degrees. Keep your back straight and hold this position for 5 seconds. Start with three sets of 10 repetitions.

2: planks 

Want to strengthen your torso and your balance? Then you can plank on the vibration plate. Place your forearms on the vibration plate and your toes on the floor. Pull your navel in while tightening your abdominal muscles. Also tighten your glutes fully and keep your back straight. Hold the position for 30 seconds. Each time, you can try to hold it a little longer. Want to make it a bit more intense for yourself? Then you can stretch your arms or legs one at a time.

3: the hip bridge

Strengthening your glutes and core is done very well with hip bridge. Especially with a hip bridge exercise on a fitness vibrating plate! Lie on your back with your knees bent and place your feet firmly and flat on the vibrating plate for optimal stability. From this position, push your hips up while tightening your glutes. Hold the position for a few seconds and gently lower your hips again. Start with three sets of ten repetitions.
