We will ensure that your complaint is dealt with as quickly as possible and always try to ensure a good solution for both parties. You can in any case expect a substantive response within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the way in which your complaint is being handled, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform.
