How to use Keto Tea: Take 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) and pour 2 dl of hot water over it. Let the tea steep for 7 to 9 minutes and then drink. Using a teaspoon or your own refillable tea bag is recommended. This makes it easy to remove the herbs from your water. Otherwise, we recommend straining before you drink the tea.
