Ingredients: Barley leaf extract [Hordeum Vulgare L.] 10.1; capsule – gelatin; Garcinia Cambogia Extract [Garcinia] -  [60% Hydroxycitric Acid] 5:1 Anti-Caking Agent - Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids; dye - titanium dioxide, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, indigotin.

Directions for use:  The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. Take the capsule 30 minutes before a meal of your choice. Take the medicine with about 300 ml of water.
