Unlike regular massagers, this device has a perfect shape that is exactly made for the lumbar area. With a height of 4 cm, the massager perfectly fills the lower back area. After a while of use you can literally inflate the device to 10 cm for a good stretch of the lower back.

How do you use the BX Fitness® Electric Back Stretcher with Massage Function?

Together with the massage device, a handy remote control is supplied with which you can easily set up the device. You can choose whether you lie down or sit down first, the most important thing is that you relax well afterwards.

The height of the device is 4 cm which you can adjust to 10 cm. We advise everyone to start at 4 cm and build up a little bit at a time. The time in between is different for everyone, but keep in mind that it's about relaxing. If you have the massager at 8 cm but it doesn't feel good, simply return it to what feels good.
