Ingredients: Shiitake extract (Lentinula edodes), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), L-ascorbic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell), zinc gluconate, Berberis aristata (barberry) extract, pyridoxal 5 phosphate, chromium picolinate, calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, methylcobalamin, magnesium fatty acid salts (anti-thinning agent).

Allergens: Contains caffeine (from green tea).

Directions: 1 capsule, 3 times daily after a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach. Suitable for long-term use.
