Instructions for use:
You take 2 capsules per day. 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast, 1 capsule 30 minutes before dinner with a glass of water.

When not to use:
Do not use this supplement if you are pregnant or if you are breast-feeding. Additionally, please do not use this supplement if you have problems with your kidneys. When you use medication always consult your doctor first.
