Ingredients: Horsetail Extract (Equisetum arvense) [7% Silica] [10:1]; Taurine; Capsule -Gelatin; dye - titanium dioxide; Stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica) [20:1]; L-Cysteine; anti-caking agent - Magnesium salts of fatty acids; DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E); Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1); Zinc Citrate; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); copper gluconate; D-Biotin (Biotin), Vitamin A Preparation (Retinyl Acetate, Maltodextrin; Dextrin; Modified Starch - Antioxidant.

Allergens: maltodextrins based on wheat.

Directions for use: Daily recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. Take 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take both capsules with a meal of your choice.
