How do you use Hondrox; The recommended frequency of use is 2 times a day, morning and evening. Use Hondrox morning and evening. Massage the area until the liquid is completely absorbed. Immediately after use, the skin becomes cold, this is due to the essential oils that are part of Hondrox. When using for the first time, it is recommended to apply a small amount of medication (1-2 clicks) to the problem area and wait 15 minutes.
